I'm still laughing, so pardon any typos. Yeah, I'd like to "re-conceptualize" $21 million worth of something myself. :):):):) STILL laughing here. The amazing part is not the "art" but that the city of NY ( or whomever) actually PAID for this !~!!
Ah, well....I may not care for it, but it is Art. Good thing we have Jon and Stephen to assist our understanding, eh ?
